"We are proud of our products, because even dyes we use in cooking are natural. You can verify this by looking at or tasting of our pastries, whether it is Cupcake or delicious almond flour macaroons, "- says Oleg, founder of the bakery". The cafe became not just a place to have a meal, but also meet with friends and we do our best to create convenient ambience and design” - continues the venue’s Chef and co-founder, Maxim.
Few years ago when Oleg has not yet had any restaurant business experience, he had a chance to try one of cakes of the famous bakers. Oleg liked the product so much that he decided to start his own catering venue and work together with acclaimed pastry Chef. Later, the idea had come to live and not just as a bakery and tearoom, but as a contemporary venue serving wide range of European dishes.
